My friends Quinn and Jonathon, co-founders of Life Out of the Box, will be representing the United States at the Creative Business Cup in Copenhagen, Denmark during Global Entrepreneurship Week in November.
Life Out of the Box (#LOOTB) travels to culturally-rich locales and works with local artisans who make one-of-a-kind products like bracelets, keychains, wallets, and more. Each product is stamped with a unique number revealing a special purpose.
The sale of a product supports the children of places like Nicaragua, Guatemala, or Morocco with the gift of school supplies. Quinn, Jonathan, and their growing team also give nutritional packets and meals with the purchase of other products.
The unique number stamped on a bracelet, for instance, allows the buyer to see their impact. Photos and names of specific school supply recipients are accessible by these unique numbers. It allows the buyer a connection to the child directly aided.
Quinn and Jonathon epitomize the #PayItForward movement. If you would like to learn more about them and Life Out of the Box, it will be well worth your time. More information about their upcoming trip is available here and here.
Congratulations, Quinn and Jonathon!
